Take a little stroll in Glenmore Park, east of the Glenmore
Reservoir, to find this cache just off a less traveled dirt path
and not too far off a paved bike pathway.
At the posted coordinates, a letterbox hybrid cache will be
waiting for visitors to play and add their Valentine
notes. Geocachers and letterboxers are welcome to use their own
stamps to mark the logbook or use the ones provided, as well as add
the usual stuff (date, name, comments). When placed, the
locking container with a combination lock attached
contained: a cache note, logbook, a bag of rubber stamps (please
do not keep them!), and a few small trading items. Make sure to
secure everything when done.
Please handle with care, and be respectful of the surrounding
environment.
Note: The cache is SE of the largest two spruce trees that are
not fenced off. Some bushwhacking is required - try to avoid
approaching GZ from the east as that side has the highest density
of brush.
This cache has been placed for the CCARS11 event, held April 30
- May 1, 2011. This cache was released to the public on April 28th.
The cache should not be located prior to noon on Saturday 30th
April, 2011. The caches for the CAR event are released early so
that the geocaching community has an opportunity to plan their
routes prior to the event start.
