Welcome to Jersey Island. Here is one of the last free running ferries that remain in The Delta. It runs to private islands (Web Tract and Bradford Island) but I do believe that you can purchase tickets.
You are looking for a small cammoed plastic container hidden in a usual manner. As the name of this cache implies, there is limited access to this cache. The road is open only during the hours of operation of the ferry. The gates are locked at 5:15 P.M. Don't get stuck! This cache is not meant to be hard. It is here to check out this beautiful part of The Delta.
