How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

"Mint" is in the stilted roots of a harp (multiple curving trunks) Black Birch Tree. Yellow and Black Birch twigs taste like mint....yum!
Contents are all minted coins of the realm (many countries) or geocoins. Please no TBs or toys or candy, just sealed mints and foreign coins or old US coins.

Stilted roots result from birches growing up as saplings on top of rotten logs and sending their roots down to the ground. When the log completely decomposes, voila, stilts! Enjoy a rest in the woods splayed out on this inviting erratic boulder with mint birch trimmings.
This connects other "Bad Luck Reservoir" Trail geocaches. Just be aware that hiking farther down the trail, the Anawan Club doesn't appreciate the public if any of their patrons are parked in their parking lot. Otherwise you can go all the way around the Reservoir past Animal House. The NE side is always wet and you have to walk along Reservoir St on the south side to return to parking.
Now that the Rehoboth Mint is back in action, I've reset a STF as a 2 Pound New Zealand Note that is a little hard to find. Hope you have a Tasty hike around the Reservoir. Note April 24,2011 for closer parking.

Money of the Month is a 100 Rupee Note from India with Mahatma Ghandi's head. 25 Rupees = 1 Dollar
