This plaza is located in front of the Capitolio. It was recently finished after years of renovations. The plaza is home to a statue of San Juan Bautista. From the Plaza you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean with a good breeze to cool you down. To the west you can see Castillo San Cristobal.
The plaza is a short (.62 miles) from the port. It should be an easy walk for passengers arriving to the Island of Puerto Rico in cruise ships in the Old San Juan area. Included is a map with the best route to get to the plaza from the pier.
There are stairs that take you almost to the cache. It should be good to exchange small trackables.
Make sure you hide the cache back in a secure way out of sight from muggles and the contents remains hidden.
