A small cache (film-cannister sized) with only room for a log book and pencil.
A big thanks to GH6710 who is looking after this cache while 12Eyes are on an international adventure for a couple of years.
Named after the river running through New Zealand's largest wine-growing region, Wairau River is a braided river and gives the impression of being many rivers intertwined into one - hence the name from Maori: Wai meaning 'water' and Rau meaning 'hundred'.
