Heimatkunde – Berlinchen
Berlinchen – ist das etwa die kleine deutsche Hauptstadt? Natürlich nicht, vielmehr ist es ein kleines verschlafenes Dorf, zu dem aus Wittstock kommend eine wunderschöne Alleestraße führt. Manchmal kann man sogar Reisende beobachten, die mitten auf der Straße stehend das Blätterdach der Bäume fotografieren und das Ortsschild des Dorfes mit dem kuriosen Namen.
Local history and geography – Berlinchen
Berlinchen- is that the little German capital? Of course not. Berlinchen is a little dozy village. Coming from Wittstock a wonderful tree-lined road leads there.
Sometimes you can even watch tourists standing in the middle of the road and taking photos of the canopy of leaves and of the place-name sign of the village with this quaint name.
