You are looking for a clip lock box.
The path is quite steep to start with, but is a hard pack trail which is buggy friendly if you can push it up the hills, bikes copuld be ridden which would make the return trip very easy, unless you take one of the many mountain bike trails that are up here, wouldn't recomend that though.
Nice views once at the top.
