When I was going up, the Village People were on the radio airwaves. They had one particular song that began so popular, there was a dance made for it. If you know the song, (and the dance) you have a hint on where this cache is located.
Parking will be a problem for this cache as there isn't any available street parking near this location so you will have to park somewhere else and walk to the cache location.
This cache is wheelchair accessible. You should find it without leaving the sidewalk. The hint is a spoiler.
