Geocache Description:

One of our local geocachers has a series called "Out of Biz." I decided to try and be more positive about our economy. This series will highlight businesses that just opened. You must use absolute stealth when trying to find these caches because there may be many mugglers around.

This one was closed but opened with a different name. Is it the same or different...really confused.

Should be an easy P&G.
