Cache 3: Pony Corral
You are looking for a small camouflaged container containing a log book and a few small swaps. Cache is large enough to contain small Travel bugs. Please bring along a pen.
A lovely walk around some of the footpaths at Haddon Hill on the edge of Exmoor. Stunning views especially of Wimbleball Lake, Upton and Brompton Regis.
Plenty of wildlife to be spotted along the way which include Exmoor Ponies, Deer, Buzzards, Kestrels, Cuckoos and an array of heathland birds.
The complete walk will take the average walker around an hour. Accessible to adults and children. Please be careful when walking as Adders are around in these areas however none of the caches have been placed when they might be resting.
Please remember that the Exmoor ponies are free living animals and that they shouldn’t be approached or fed.
