Geocache Description:

Find this cache in a small green tube. BYOP

I have worked hard to hide this cache, as there seems to be something interfering with the gps in my phone. I have used other phones and a handheld gps and still think I may be 15 feet or so off. First try threw the dart on the other side of the Ohio River. Hummmm wonder what is happening around here. The Rock Springs is the site of a Native American watering hole, which was later, enclosed and used for water for the house that now stands on top of this hill. Many people come to get fresh spring water here, but test results say that here are bacteria in the water. I do not recommend that you drink it. It certainly is a nice cool place to visit on a hot day! Enjoy the view. Please put this back wedged inside. Leave it well hidden for the next person.
