CLEAN UP at 9 AM,
Cache In Trash Out Day is an opportunity for geocachers to help
clean up the parks and other cache-friendly places throughout the
world. Through our volunteer efforts, we help preserve the natural
beauty of our outdoor resources. The park is pretty nice but the
Montpelier Parks dept will give us a list of areas that need trail
work or other maintenance projects such as painting or raking which
they could use our help with. We will provide trash bags. Bring
your own gloves and work clothes. There are out-houses but no
running water..
If you are not able to come early enough to help with the clean up,
come anyway, have a bite to eat, enjoy the company and meet your
fellow cachers.
POTLUCK at Noon We will have a grill available from 11 am
on, for anyone to use to cook hotdogs, burgers, steaks or whatever.
Let me know what you can bring so we don't end up with a bunch of
the same stuff. We will provide some hotdogs or you can bring your
own meats for the grill.

of your geocaching adventures. This springs contest will be for the
the Most AMUSING photo.

photo and bring it to the event early. We will have numbered tags

INTERESTING TRACKABLE CONTEST
We have seen many interesting TBs and Geocoins in caches we've
found across the country. Bring an interesting trackable (Geocoin
or TB) with you to the event. It can be one you've picked up in the
field, or it can be one you personally own. It must be able to be
carried in and fit on the table (full sized auto TBs are not
eligible). Enter it into the Interesting Trackables contest, by
placing it on the contest table and attaching a contest ID Tag.
Again, please bring it early. Voters should vote for the trackable
they find "Most Interesting"?
There will be a separate area for a TBs or coins for swap, and
print out sheets for the new caches.
