Getting to the "Go Cougs!" cache is easy, no climbing steep hills or excessive walking. Make sure you park in an appropriate parking spot (not in staff parking) before walking to the location of the cache.
The original contents of this cache are all Washington State University-themed items because it has been placed by the Associated Students of WSU Tri-Cities as an External Affairs committee project. The cache is hidden in a place where you can stop and see the campus and all the surrounding life of WSU Tri-Cities, and read some of the history/fun facts that have been tucked inside of the cache. Be sure to stop and see the Butch T. Cougar statue in the parking lot while you're there!
There will nearly always be students (Hanford High and WSUTC) around, so make sure you plan your timing accordingly, and don't attract attention to yourself while searching for this cache!
