Geocache Description:

Where the old industrial world meets the new world of sustainability

This is a easy terrain find but the cache is a bit more difficult. This is also a great place to see a recovering Tacoma Waterway.
Geocache is close to a city building on city property, please be considerate of both the landscaping and of the workers inside the building when coming on a week day. A friendly wave is always appreciated.
