Geocache Description:

Original cache gone walkies. Still credit to BryanSarah for their FTF of the original ... and to Ska Face for being FTF of the lost Nano. FTF of the new 3 inch long tube is Firstblood.
New Cache in place 3/11/12. You are looking for a magnetic key safe.

This cache is on the original site of Whitwood College. Formerly known as the Whitwood Mining and Technical College it was built in 1930 with the help of funds raised by miners. Generations of pit men, bricklayers, secretaries and hairdressers honed their trades at this centre of vocational training and it was demolished in 2009 to make way for a new housing estate.
