You are looking for a cache close to the home of a famous writer.

An MP and early proponent of women's rights and suffrage, his best known works are still in print. Late in his career he married someone he considered to be his intellectual equal and to whom he attributed many of the arguments in his works. Much of his thought has now trickled into common consciousness and is often used when considering questions of rights and responsibilities.

As he himself considered that much of his writing belonged as much to her as to him, you will need to find out details about both of them to find the cache!

He lived from ABCD - EFGH
She lived from IJKL - MNOP

Q = The number of the penultimate chapter of one of his most famous works, published one year after her death.

R = The number of questions/sentences in the first paragraph of Q
