How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
A woodchuck could chuck around 35 cubic feet of dirt in the course of digging a burrow or an amount equal to 700 pounds.
I don't know what animal has made this tree holy, but it sure is cool. I would assume a woodpecker, but there are acorns pushed into the holes. Hopefully the animals don't mind the cache.
It is a huge container. The Mothership. Once you examine the tree it will be obvious where it is hidden.
Please stick to the trails, bring a buddy and some water. This tree is right next to the trail. Please respect the wilderness and don't go bushwacking. This container is packed with very large items. Bring your big swag with your kids and enjoy the views.
Do not access from the Toll Road. You can access the Tieras Creek trail in the daytime from Cañada Vista Park or from another trailhead off of Antonio and Bienvenidos. There are also a couple of ways to enter the trail from the high road on the Antonio side of the canyon, but you will need to cross the river making this more adventurous and increases the terrain level.
Congrats to timminventor for the FTF!
