This cache is at the roadside near Wattle Ridge Winery who produce Two Tinsmiths wine. You do not need to enter the winery if you do not want to, as cache is on road verge.
This winery is on land that was previously the Tin Mine Managers house property. The tin mine attempted to build an airstrip here but could not get approval and it seems it cost more than was originally budgeted. The airstrip area has now been planted with Wattles hence the winery name.
Wattle Ridge Winery offer free overnight camping. Generally available Thursday- Monday 11am - 5pm. But if you email them through their website WWW.Wattleridgewines.com.au they should be able to accommodate you at most times of the year. Jim & Vicky are very friendly and welcoming. There is an area near the cellar door or if you want to be a bit more out of the way they have a gravel pit about 850m to the side and is like your own little bush area.

Thanks for hunting for our cache. Please remember that there are only really 2 major rules in Geocaching. 1)You 'must' sign the log or leave your mark on the logbook and 2) then log online. Please do not log online if you have not signed the logbook, deletion of your online log may cause you embarassment! Remember to carry a pen or 3 with you at all times, or if desperate try resorting to charcoal as some ingenious previous finders have done. If really desperate email us with your sad tale and we will consider your 'evidence' in a private message to us. NO SPOILERS to be posted here.
