This cache is located in a coalition forces base.
Cache is accessable to everyone granted you have the proper ID requirements to access the base.
I have been in Afghanistan a few months now and have been wanting to place a cache here. I hade Easter morning off so what better time to do so. I work near the cache GZ...hense the name.
You should be able to see it from any type of vehicle. No need to tamper with any existing equipment to retrieve the cache. BYOP
