The cache is at the above location and is a physical cache. You must sign the cache log to claim it. Having said that you must equally meet one of the two following criteria for logging.
M25 Junction 3 "pay back time" is a cache to reward those people who have done a lot of geocaching.
So to the cache:
To claim the cache you must meet have either:
1. Found 72 (90%) of the 81 difficulty/terrain combinations.
2. Found 150 puzzle caches and 100 multicaches.
The terrain/difficulty rating is high for this cache to reflect the achievement of finding so many caches and the walking involved. A 5/5 may be appropriate but then again a 5/5 is the ultimate cache!
The cache is a magnetic smaller than 35mm film canister in muggle central.
