Geocache Description:

A nano of certain capabilities with views over the water towards Bootle.

Stealth will be required as it is a VERY popular place, especially in the summer months.
There's not many places to hide anything around here so look for the obvious!
Personally i HATE these nano's but there ain't much scope for much more around here!!
Happy hunting!

An Ideal place for walking, cycling, kite flying, fishing. The cycle/ footpath spans the length of this part of the coast.
There is a pub close by - named (i presume) after the open air Bathing Pool which opened in 1934 and was built to competition standards. South-facing, its walls were designed to act as a sun-trap and avoid seaborne winds. From 1949 to 1989 it was also home of the "Miss New Brighton" contest. It closed in 1990 following storm damage and demolished a short time later.
New Brighton is a seaside resort which was very popular in the mid 19th century. It is located in the town of Wallasey, on the north east tip of the Wirral Peninsula.
Up to the 19th century the area had a reputation for smuggling and wrecking, and secret underground cellars and tunnels are still rumoured to exist. It also had a strategic position at the entrance to the Mersey Estuary.
