Big Foot's Bush Hideaway Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Moneybox: This container was about 100L so unless it burned out it would be difficult to miss. We're not in the position to get a look at it so unfortunately it has to go.....

Geocache Description:

This is a VERY BIG hide so bring your VERY BIG swaps to put inside. It's an easy short walk from Big Foot's VERY BIG parking bay to his hideaway. You can fly in or you can drive, it really doesn't matter how you arrive. We've added a waypoint for the nearest intersection but this is only if you come by car, if you come by plane this might head you in the wrong direction.

Big Foot in this area hasn't been seen
but we geocachers know where he's bin, er...been!
How many big footsteps will you take
to find his hideaway far from the lake?
Trust your GPS to get you near the spot
keep on going, you're getting hot.
But do be careful and make no sound
because we know Big Foot's around.

As with all geocaching, tread lightly on the earth and leave behind nothing but footprints.

If you approach this area from Kirup or Balingup there's a sealed road right through to Grimwade, WP1. Then follow the all-season gravel road through to the second waypoint. The road conditions are suitable for all vehicles if you keep your speed down. You could encounter a lot of campers with children on foot or trail bikes if you arrive during school holidays. In recent years this has become a very popular place to camp and play so please take care.

Congratulations kestrel5 for your FTF.
