The third in our Cipher series; a pleasant stroll through an off-leash dog-friendly park. Overall distance less than 1km. Read the paragraph and words below carefully!

This cache is hidden in Cowells Lane reserve; a pleasant park to the north of Victoria Rd, east of Silverwater Rd and south of Stewart St. The park contains a nice walking path, boardwalk and even a footbridge or two. You can follow the paths or just walk across the grass. Watch out for exuberant dogs, they should be kept under control although most won't give you a second glance.
At the listing coordinates you will find a blue sign facing the road; the year of the Act is "ihjf"
