Plan a adventure with a paddling companion and enjoy a smooth and
easy paddle to pick up some caches.
There are numerous sandbars along this stretch of the Savannah to
get out and stretch or have a lunch.
If you are planning to paddle the 16 mile stretch between the
LockNDam Boat Ramp and Jackson Boat Ramp, may we suggest that you
make sure you have sunscreen, bug repellent, something for the arms
for a chilly morning or evening, plenty of water, something to eat,
a towel and most importantly your "whistle".
Be on the look out for motorboats and beware of lounging snakes in
the trees.
You are looking for a film sized container.
NOTE** You may have to get out of your watercraft if the river
levels are down.
