We are dedicating our first cache to our first caching friends, The Caching Nuts. The Saner Nut and the Nuttier Nut introduced us to caching. They were our mentors and our first PAF’s (and we abused that privilege to no end). They patiently nursed us through our first nano, multi, virtual and puzzle caches. We enjoyed their company on many of our first caching trips and had a lot of fun adventures together. The Nuts continue to be there for us when we need them.
Family priorities took them from the game for a while, but we are glad to see they are finally back in play. Thanks for everything, Linda and Jim. You are definitely our favorite pair of Nuts!
This very simple cache will take you to Upper Saucon Township Community Park. You are looking for an ammo can about 80’ off of a paved trail. Minor bushwhacking is required. It will be a little more difficult in the summer. Muggles are everywhere so be stealthy. Please rehide carefully.
Parking is at N 40° 32.287 and W 75° 23.240. The park is open dawn to dusk. No night caching. Please obey all park rules.
All caches placed in this park require PADCNR Geocache ID forms to be filed with the Township Board. Permission has been granted for this cache.
