PLEASE,,, DO NOT try to get this one from hwy 77 or the ramp, you can not get to the cache that way, it is placed on the state right of way but you need to come in from the parking lot next door, it is a public lot and i sit here and have lunch from timt to time, not many muggles around most of the time
