This cache has been placed for the CCARS11 event, held April 30-May 1, 2011. This cache was released to the public on either April 25th* or April 28th, 2011. (*Earlier release date for puzzle caches) The cache should not be located prior to 12-noon, Saturday 30th April, 2011. The caches for the CAR event are released early so that the geocaching community has an opportunity to plan their routes prior to the event start.
This is the third and final cache in the 'x marks the spot' series, under the CCARS11 category 'in plain sight.' The container is a camo'd, regular sized l'n'l with an 'x' on the top. The cache is hidden between two trees under a bit of deadfall.
