Geocache Description:

Camo'ed small Sterilite container. Dog-themed. Easy find. Hidden outside a leash-free dog park.

Bring your geo-dogs along for this find! As the name suggests, this is my golden retriever Reese's favorite place to play! Welcome to Walnut Creek Lake's leash-free dog park, complete with grassland, walking trails, a lake for dog paddling, and plenty of mud.

Park in the gravel lot. The cache is hidden OUTSIDE the dog park - so you don't have to enter to find it. If you want to go inside the park, enter at the cattle gate & secure the chain behind you. Be careful not to let any dogs escape. PS: Watch for doggy "land-mines" and muddy paws.

A water spigot is available near the pavilion at the other end of the gravel lot. This a pack in/pack out facility, so please use waste bags for your furry friends. (Human) restroom facilities & drinking fountains are located nearby at Walnut Creek Lake - just follow the signs.

Kudos to da_ewoks for FTF!
