Geocache Description:

I read about this little known & little visited spot in one of the local tabloids & thought what an ideal spot for a cache hide.
There was originally 100 plots marked out for this cemetery over 15 acres when things were planned for a town that never happened.

The above co-ordinates will take you near the stile at the start of the path to the cemetery.
To find this cache you will need the information off of the board that was placed by the Ashburton District council ,Ashburton branch of the historic places trust & the Ashburton round table .
Gertrude Ann (Annie) Jebson died September 2E 1B1A FG years of age.
Herbert John David Jebson died September 11 191C 44 years of age.
D= the number of small rock circles surrounding the wooden fence.

The co-ordinates you are looking for are :
S43' AB.BCD
E171' EA.FAG

When placed the cache contained log book, pen , a xmas instant kiwi for the FTF (good luck) & some small swaps .

I was trying out my new GPSr today so was unsure of the accuracy of the hide so I have added a hint but please try to find it without the hint first so I know how the first hide with this device went .
