Ogurogawa Parking Area is located on Chuo Expressway between Ina and Komagane Interchanges.
The parking area is also called "Puratto Park", which means you can enter the parking area from open roads.
This also means you can walk out of the parking area if you come from expressway.
There is a gate at the entrance from open roads. The gate opens from 7:00 to 20:00 everyday.
The cache is hidden somewhere just out of the parking area. If you come from open roads, you can grab it only from 8:00 to 20:00. If you come from expressway, you can grab it at any time.
The cache contains no pens. Please bring your own.

小黒川パーキングエリアは、中央自動車道の伊那インターと駒ヶ根インターの間にあります。
このパーキングエリアは、「ぷらっとパーク」とも呼ばれています。これは、一般道からもぷらっと入ることができるという意味です。これはすなわち、高速から来た場合は、歩いて外に出られるということでもあります。
一般道からの入り口にはゲートがあります。このゲートは、毎日7時から20時まで開いています。
キャッシュは、パーキングエリアのすぐ外のどこかに隠されています。一般道から来る場合は、毎日7時から20時の間であれば、キャッシュをゲットできます。高速から来る場合は、いつでもキャッシュをゲットできます。
キャッシュにはペンが入っていませんので、ご持参ください。
