N.V.F.D.1. (Series) Traditional Cache

This cache is part of a "Series", despite that we no longer own this building. It used to be our Station 1. It's a fun cache so I left it in play.
This building is the former home of Napoleonville Volunteer Fire Department Station 1. It is located in the incorporated Village of Napoleonville. Our Fire Department has been established here for a long time. Louisiana legislative archives contain an Act passed incorporating Napoleonville Fire Company No.1 on March 5, 1878. Additional records indicate the formation of Napoleonville Hook and Ladder Company No. 1 on June 1, 1901.
