Congratulations to MelBou for FTF !!!!!!!
Napoleonville Volunteer Fire Department Station 2 is located along LA 401, aka Canal Road, or as all of us locals call it, "Down the Canal". Our Fire Department has been established in Napoleonville for a long time. Some records indicate the formation of the Napoleonville Fire Company No.1 on Mach 5, 1878. Additional records indicate the formation of Napoleonville Hook & Ladder Company on June 1, 1901. However, this station was built around 1995 to enable a quicker response in this area.
Unfortunately you can't see inside but Engine 15 is stationed here. It is one engine in our fleet of 6 apparatus.
For more information and photos visit our website: Napoleonvillefire.org
If the doors are open and some of our guys are in there, go on in, they’d be glad to show you around.
Chief D. P. Blanchard Jr. NF1
