We are meeting at Mena's Bistro and Tamaleria (141 Elmira Rd. Vacaville, CA 95687). Times are from 6:00 to when they kick us out (we will have the raffle about 7:30 or so).
Meal Details:
Buffet for All you can eat Chili Verde, Enchiladas, Mini Tomales, Rice and Beans $9.95. Soft Drinks and Tea $1.00.
