Geocache Description:

An easy cache in nice place.

Just outside Grafton on the Gwyder Highway is Cowans Pond Reserve. This small area has been developed as a birdwatching area with view across the swamp. All sorts of waterbirds can be seen visiting this swamp and some raise young here. If you are quite you might get a peek at some of the wildlife in the area including koalas and the varied birds. The cache is a medium sized plastic container easy to find. Make sure you take your mozzie repellant as the locals can be quite annoying at times.
