The posted coordinates are not where the cache is hidden.

After settling into our home, we began to notice some strange occurances in the neighborhood. Being naturally inquisitive, I began to investigate these happenings and noticed that a pattern emerged. Each event seemed to be accompanied by a sign, and each sign pointed me to a location of a clue. What all this added up to was still a mystery, but I had to continue my investigation. Here's what I found at Dowling Court:

Cindy's mom got all the neighborhood mom's concerned when something strange happened with Cindy. One afternoon, Cindy was working on her homework while her mom was busy doing housework. Cindy had been working at the kitchen table for quite some time (this was a little unusual given that first grade math homework was usually a quick task for her). When Cindy's mom checked on her, she was surprised to find that she wasn't working on her math at all, but was humming a tune and and coloring a picture of a school bus. When questioned about it, Cindy just kept on humming the tune "The Wheels on the Bus" and working on the picture. Her mom started to lose her patience, but then realized that Cindy wasn't ignoring her, but was almost acting as if she was sleepwalking! Even more strange, when the picture was finished, Cindy suddenly sat upright and seemed to snap out of her daze and smiled sweetly at her mom. When asked about the picture, Cindy said it was just something that had been sent home from school, but she couldn't remember coloring it. Here's what the picture looked like:




Later, I saw the picture and realized that there was a hidden mesage there. Once again, I followed the direction given and found the clue, but still remain unclear as to what it all means. I've left the clue for others to find as well. Perhaps someone can get to the bottom of this mystery.
