Välkommen till Kopparberg i Ljusnarsbergs kommun!

Det finns 6 st museér i Kopparberg. Miljömuseérna med fotoatelje, skomakeri, guldsmedsmuseum och postmuseum. Det unika tre skillingbanco frimärket stämplades i Kopparberg 1857. Varje år sker minnesstämpling den 13 juli. Det finns även ett uppbyggt gruvmuseum och dessutom hembygdsmuseét som invigdes 1924 och är inrymt i ett sädesmagasin från mitten av 1700-talet.

Här finns också Ljusnarsbergs kyrka. Idag betraktas träkyrkan från 1635, med sin ovanliga fasad, sitt resliga tak och mångfalden av ståtliga spiror, som en av Mellansveriges vackraste träkyrkor.
Den utnämndes till Sveriges vackraste kyrka 2005.

Welcome to Kopparberg in Ljusnarsbergs Municipality!

There are 6 museums in Kopparberg. The museums with photography studio, shoe making, jewelry museum and postal museum. The unique Three skillingbanco stamp was stamped in Kopparberg in 1857. Each year there is a memory stamping on 13 July. There is also a mining museum and local history museum which opened in 1924 and is housed in a grain store from the mid-1700s.

Here is also Ljusnarsbergs church. A wooden church from 1635, with its unusual facade, its tall ceilings and diversity of the stately steeples, it´s one of central Sweden's most beautiful wooden churches.
It was named Sweden's most beautiful church in 2005.
