Der Cache liegt nicht in der Mauer der Ruine! Bitte lasst die
Steine dort wo sie sind!
Dieser Cache führt euch zu der Ruine der Kirche im Würzbachgrund.
Das Dorf wurde bereits im 13. Jahrhundert aufgegeben. Die
Grundmauern der Kirche wurden erst 1860 von Waldarbeitern entdeckt.
In der Kirche findet jedes Jahr zum Pfingstmontag ein
Waldgottesdienst statt.
Parken könnt ihr zwischen Langenorla und Orlamünde an der
Schimmersburg bei N50°45.048 E011°33.540. Von dort sind es noch ca.
2km auf einem breiten Waldweg. Alternativ ist auch ein Start in
Hummelshain möglich, von dort ca. 3km. Der Cache lässt sich auch
gut mit einer Radtour verbinden (für Rennräder ungeeignet!).
Engl.: This cache leeds you to the ruins of a church in the
Würzbachgrund. The village was abandoned in the 13th century, wood
workers discovered the remainings of the walls in 1860.
Parking is availlable at N50°45.048 E011°33.540, from there you
have to walk ca. 2km on a broad forest path.
