Geocache Description:

This cache is near a old truck scale. Back when logging was king in the valley this was a very busy place. I remember hearing a story where an angry log truck driver came back one night after getting a ticket and blew it up with dynamite. Now its just a wide spot on the highway.

The fun here (beside finding the cache) is to park on the scale, one axle at a time and log the combined weight of what ever your driving. My Toyota pickup was 3840 pounds.
