Geocache Description:

Part of the Gaps series - a nice easy find.

It's getting hard to find spots to plant caches around inner Canberra, but there are still a few gaps. This is the first cache in a series planned to fill those gaps - small, easy finds, opportunistically-placed wherever I see a gap, but also to showcase the gem locations that otherwise go unnoticed in this beautiful city.

Masson St. Oval in Turner is a sports field catering to a variety of sports - softball, cricket, soccer, even the hammer toss!

It's also a designated dog-friendly area, according to Doggo at (visit link) So bring the geopup for a run!

I've marked the cache as kid-friendly but be advised that there is an open storm drain running along the western edge of the oval.

While finding the cache won't be hard, the bike path nearby is usually very busy with muggles, even in the evening - I've added a half point to the Difficulty. The cache is a small film container, so small swaps only please!
