A short walk of about 2 miles almost entirely on good paths suitable for all ages though not wheelchairs. All the caches are under stones - a couple quite heavy so children take care. Please be very careful replacing as otherwise the container will soon get cracked and the log wet.
First a thankyou to United Utilities who have put in dozens of paths around here for both walkers and bridleway users (and geocachers). Not all are shown on the map but when you come to a junction just follow the one where the gps arrow points.
Park at Crown Point (the Singing Ringing Tree) - cache GC11A71 gives the car park location and is the start of the walk.
The other caches in the series are
2 Plantation- GC2V5XB
3 Limy Water - GC2V5XJ
3a Top of the Hill
4 Ruin - GC2V5Y4
4a Wall Corner
5 Nearly Back - GC2V5YF
