Geocache Description:

April, 30th, 2011. We came, we saw, we CITOed.



Commemorating the Tulsa Area Geocacher's participation in Worldwide CITO day, 2011.

As part of on-going efforts to foster good relations with the many parks departments that so graceously allow us to engage in our addiction in their jurisdiction, 25 members of TAG participated in their annual CITO event here in Chandler Park. Adventures were had, Tires, bottles and cans were hauled out of the woods, Police were called, memories were made.

As a way of remembering this exciting CITO event we have placed this 50 cal ammo box in the remote wooded west end of the park. Attendees were reqired to traverse the rough terrain to locate the cache and sign the log. No "table-side logging" here!
Best parking will be at the Community Center.
