Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the listed coordinates. To determine the cache coordinates, solve the puzzle below.

Nowadays, everybody seems to be concerned with building up their social networks. Which people should you follow? Which people do you block? Who has the most friends? Do you like this? Sometimes it does seem like they're all just kids playing with Legos again. Here are some people you could try following to build your network. But, I'm not going to guarantee that they won't block you.

Special Notes about the 2011 Puzzle Challenge: To be considered for Fastest Solver points, you must verify your solution with certitude. Because certitude may not properly account for joint solutions, please email me team member names in the case of team solutions to ensure proper point accounting. All "point" scoring is arbitrary anyway, subject to change, at the discretion of the cache owner, and probably completely meaningless (unless you just want to be able to brag more at the December banquet). The real challenge is just to see whether you can solve all of these caches by the end of the year. To maintain fairness, hints should not be offered by the cache owner or other solvers until the fifteenth of the month.

Special Notes about this month's puzzle: A cacher from NEW YORK was able to grab the First To Solve last month; so I figured that the local puzzle experts needed to be punished somehow. I did ask teamajk if they wanted to hide the cache in New York, but J politely declined, not wanting to have to recuse the team from the solving competition for a month. Maybe I should have pushed harder (just because you know the coordinates doesn't mean you'll be able to solve a challenge puzzle). It would have saved me from looking for a hiding location, and it would have saved everybody from this particular location that resulted from this puzzle--a muggle-infested spot with bad GPS signals and no parking in the City. Well, parking MIGHT be available after 7pm or on Sunday. I'd really recommend looking for the cache on Sunday. Assuming it survives in this spot... Puzzle updated 2/23/2016.
