Set up to celebrate:-

Roses 10th Birthday on 10/10/10

10th Anniversary of Geocahing

100 years of Scouting

An ammunition box stacked full of goodies including a small Scouting Centenary trackable.

The box is placed in Perry Hall park with easy access from the Cherry Orchard Road entrance. Can also be accessed within a few minutes walk from The One Stop shopping centre at Perry Barr. Although the terrain is flat it is all grassland.

The GZ overlooks the playing field of the Bridge Trust Old Boys' Society.

This is incorporates Handsworth Grammar School Old Boys Football Club - founded in 1893 it is one of the oldest amateur football clubs in the country and a founder member of the Birmingham Amateur Football Association.

In the summer months you may also see the cricket matches of Bridge Trust Old Boys cricket club.

The clubhouse is also the HQ of the Bridge Trust Old Boys Water Polo Club.

As I spend most Saturday afternoons watching the football (they won't let me play any more) I will look out for you and give you a wave!
