A black 35mm film container hidden at the Blende River Viaduct.
Locally known as the Pass Lake Trestle, this magnificent structure was part of the CNR's southern rail line around Lake Superior, which is now abandoned. Built in 1916, and standing 140 feet above the ground at its highest point, this 2280 foot long trestle is being considered as part of the Trans-Canada Trail system. A feasibility study is to be carried out to see if it can be made safe for public use. Fantastic views can be had from the top. Please make sure the log is securely sealed in its plastic bag, the cap is securely attached, and the cache is put back in its location with the supplied camouflage.
