Bowser moved...again Traditional Cache

It seems that this park has a problem keeping a cache. I think GeoDue had a couple of caches here before and they kept being muggled.
I hid "Bowsers CP Cache" and it lasted until mice made the cache area uninhabitable.
I then hid "Bowser had to Move" and the park district removed that hiding spot in less than two weeks.
I am going to try again and I think this place will be safe.
Please put cache back as you found it for the enjoyment of those to follow,
