We had to move the cache because of construction in the area. Someone cut the tree that it was hid in so we moved it closer to the Welcome to PC sign
A few years ago the Rotary from Granville, IL put up some signs welcoming motorists to Putnam County. We decided that it would be a good place to hide a cache near each sign. Putnam County is the smallest county in Illinois so you will not have to drive very many miles to get the whole series of our hides. While you are at it you may want to look for some caches that some other Geocachers have hidden throughout the county. Our first hide was named Welcome to Putnam County and the rest will be the same with a number also. Please pull off the road far enough to not cause traffic congestions.
