El Pla de Boavi és molt conegut per la seva vegetació d'avets i
bedolls, així com per les cristal•lines aigües del riu de
Lladorre que neix al pla, agafant l´aigua dels torrents que porten
l'aigua dels llacs de Certescan, Romedos i Broate. Al final del Pla
podem creuar el riu per un pont petit de troncs on podem iniciar
una nova excursió que ens portarà al refugi de Broate en 2 hores i
30 minuts i a la Pica d'Estats en 6 hores i 30 minuts des del
refugi, passant pel ben mig d´un bosc d´avets espectaculars que va
seguint el torrent fins al punt on es bifurca i on cal decidir si
anar cap al refugi de Broate o cap al llac de Baborte.
Pla de Boavi is a well-known place for its vegetation of firs and
birches besides the crystalline water of the river Lladorre which
is born at the plain, collecting the water coming from the lakes
Certescan, Romedo and Broate. At the end of the plain, we can cross
the river by a trunk bridge where we can start a new excursion
which will take us to the shelter of Broate in 2h 30 min. and to
Pica d´Estats in 6 hours and 30 minutes from the shelter, going
through a breathtaking forest of spectacular firs which goes along
the creek until a crossing where we have to decide whether to go
towards Broate or the lake Baborte.
