Geocache Description:

Big Pickle cache was hidden by a group of Boy Scouts out earning their Geocaching merit badge. The terrain is flat, but there is a small embankment to climb to get up to the cache area. The cache is "hidden" in the open, but there are Blackberry vines around it, so it is easiest to access from one side in particular. Nearby are several old abandon homesteads from the late 1800's. Lots of variety in the swag in this cache as well.

Big Pickle cache is a large plastic jar wrapped in beige tape. It has a wide variety of swag and should be a QEF after doing some hiking to get to it. Enjoy this beautiful area and appreciate the beauty all around you.
