Pylypowgebra Mystery Cache

This one is located in the Pylypow Wetlands, a newly created nature
sanctuary in the middle of an otherwise desolate industrial part of
the city. The man-made lakes are surrounded by paved trails and
should attract all types of feathery creatures.
Cache is an Ammo Can.
