Geocache Description:


This cache is the first of five on my “Easy Trail” hike. The trail is an extension of the Continental Divide trail and can be found by driving up Lobo Canyon Road (547) north of Grants, New Mexico. Parking and the trail head for the south trail is at coordinates N35 11.359 W107 46.357. The trail may be dim at first, but gets more defined from this cache onward.

I refer to this as an easy trail because it is well defined after this point, not too steep, and not too long, about 2.3 miles one-way.

The cache is a one-pound coffee can painted in camo colors. FTF gets a "Drummer Boy" quarter. Log book, pencil, bouncy ball, Halloween finger puppet and other small trade items.
